This lap quilt features twelve prancing carousel horses arranged in a 4 x 3 grid on a cream background. Each horse is richly colored in shades of teal, blue, and purple. Between the horse grid and the wide teal outer borders, decorative scroll and feather stripe bands run along the top and bottom. The quilt is machine pieced and longarm quilted in a Caspian pantograph pattern. The backing is a light teal solid.
At 61 x 56 inches, this quilt works well as a couch throw or a statement piece for anyone who loves horses or carousel art.
