This medium-weight lap quilt is part of Faye Hodgkins' Block of the Month series and showcases classic quilting blocks pieced from William Morris fabric reproductions. Rich blue and cream paisley and floral prints in the traditional Morris style come together in a variety of blocks, all set against a soft cream background. Two borders frame the design beautifully. Finished with a leaf-like Caspian pantograph quilting design and a small black floral on tan backing. A refined statement piece for anyone drawn to William Morris aesthetics or traditional sampler quilts.
