This lap quilt is pieced in the Broad Strokes pattern by Donna Robertson and Fran Morgan for Fabric Cafe. The focal fabric is a richly detailed succulent print with rosette succulents in teal, green, lavender, pink, and deep magenta, packed together on a dark background. These print blocks alternate with vertical strips of rose pink and pale teal tonal fabrics, framed by a pink inner border and a wider teal outer border. The quilt is machine pieced and longarm quilted in a Bayside pantograph pattern. The backing is a teal tone-on-tone fabric.

At 45 x 57 inches, this lightweight lap quilt works as a couch throw, reading blanket, or dorm room accent. A strong choice for anyone drawn to botanicals and rich colors.
